I used to be a yes person…
“Sure I’ll do that for you” (when everything in me said not to)
“I can make it work” (I’d bust my behind fitting it all in)
It was always a yes, but never a no.
Until I became so frustrated and misaligned in my work that I was COMPLETELY zapped of energy, barely making enough to get by, and totally off track with the TRUE vision I had for my life.
So I just started saying no.
No to what wasn’t a hell freakin’ yeah
No to clients that didn’t respect me
No to holding back my opinion for the comfort of others
No to not really being ME
No to people who were toxic in my life
No to undercharging
No to creating anything that didn’t feel soul aligned
No. No. NOPE.
Everything shifted when I started to take my power back with this simple little word. No.
